Unreserved surface parking lot. Both entrances to the parking lot are from Bohannon Drive. Parking ratio for new leases is 3.8:1,000 RSF. 1,433 parking spaces total available; 36 spaces are designated for handicap accessibility, of which 10 are for vans.

EV Stations

There are 36 ChargePoint EV stations available for Menlo Corporate Center employees and visitors. They are located in the exterior parking stalls surrounding 4200 and 4300 Bohannon Drive. For access, please create a ChargePoint account at ChargePoint.com.

Tenant Shower Rooms

Menlo Corporate Center Street offers two shower rooms on the first floor of the building, available to all tenants. Lockers are also provided for tenant use.
